Canstruction is an international hunger relief charity that raises millions of pounds of food each year for local food banks through a design/build competition using cans of food. Groundwork Studio and FBT Architects provided AIA Santa Fe with 1,446 cans of food and 44 cases of water in the Canstruction Santa Fe Competition for the 5th Anniversary. All proceeds from Canstruction Santa Fe benefit Santa Fe The Food Depot. This years’ theme was ‘CANimals’, and Groundwork Studio & FBT Architects honored the official New MexiCAN State Fish – the CANthroat (Cutthroat) Trout with their design.
