An exemplary example of a public/private partnership created through the MainStreet program, the design for the new Ex Novo Brewyard in Corrales creates a unique and valuable “third space.” Proposed improvements included recommendations for the newly renovated tap room patio and for phased development of a “brewyard” with vendor space, activity lawn, open seating, nature play areas and yard games. The brewyard will provide highly visible and accessible space for Corrales MainStreet and other community events while attracting residents and visitors to the tap room, restaurant and other businesses in downtown Corrales.
